Commonwealth of Dominica Reiterates Support for Morocco's Territorial Integrity & Sovereignty Over Sahara, Reaffirms Determination to Deepen Bilateral Cooperation
This stance was expressed by Skerrit in a statement to the press following his talks with Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccan Expatriates, Mr. Nasser Bourita.
"We welcome the growing international momentum and consensus, under the leadership of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, in favor of the Moroccan Autonomy Plan and the Kingdom's sovereignty over its Sahara,” Prime Minister of the Commonwealth of Dominica stressed.
During the meeting, Mr. Bourita and Mr. Skerrit discussed bolstering bilateral relations between the Kingdom of Morocco and the Commonwealth of Dominica, as well as issues of common interest.
On this occasion, Mr. Skerrit also praised the enshrinement of relations between the two countries, and expressed his great appreciation for His Majesty King Mohammed VI’s Vision for a supportive and active South-South cooperation.
Following their talks, Mr. Bourita and Mr. Skerrit signed a visa waiver agreement for official passports.
