His Majesty King Mohammed VI sent a message to the President of the Portuguese Republic, Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa, in which the Sovereign wished him a speedy recovery after he tested positive for Covid-19.
"I have learnt that you have contracted Covid-19," His Majesty the King said in this message, addressing His "warmest wishes for a Swift recovery" to president Sousa and wishing him "to be restored to perfect health, as quickly as possible."
The Sovereign also assured the Portuguese President of His full support.
