Tuesday 24 November 2020
In a letter sent to the Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccan Expatriates, Mr. Nasser Bourita, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Haiti, Mr. Claude Joseph, has expressed his country's desire to "open a Consulate General in Dakhla, in the southern part of the Kingdom of Morocco”.
Haiti will, thus, be the first non-Arab and non-African country to open a Consulate in the Moroccan Sahara.
