In this message, His Majesty the King congratulates Condé for the renewed confidence that the Guinean people have bestowed on him by entrusting him with a new mandate as President of the Republic of Guinea.

The Sovereign expresses to President Condé his best wishes of full success in his high office in the service of progress and cohesion of the Guinean people.

On this occasion, His Majesty the King assures Alpha Condé of his attachment to the friendship that binds the Kingdom of Morocco and the Republic of Guinea and expresses the wish that this relationship would be further enriched.

The Sovereign also reiterates to the Guinean president his strong determination to pursue joint action to strengthen the Morocco-Guinea partnership and make it an example of successful cooperation between two African countries.
