The Sovereign extended, in this message, His heartfelt congratulations to Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, along with His wishes for health and welfare, imploring the Almighty to grant him success in leading the Kuwaiti people towards further progress and prosperity.

His Majesty the King expressed, on this occasion, His satisfaction with the "deeply-rooted bonds of brotherhood that unite Us as well as our two families," reaffirming His determination to work together with the Emir of Kuwait to further develop the distinguished ties that bind the Kingdom of Morocco to the State of Kuwait, for the benefit of the two peoples and in the interest of the Arab and Islamic Ummah.
