In this message, His Majesty the King expresses His heartfelt congratulations to Barrow and sincere wishes for further progress and prosperity to the brotherly Gambian people under his wise leadership.

Given the African brotherhood ties and active solidarity between the two countries, the Sovereign expresses His firm determination to continue to work together with Barrow in order to raise the level of cooperation relations to an exemplary partnership, which meets the aspirations of the two brotherly peoples for greater complementarity and solidarity and which contributes to the strengthening of active and constructive solidarity between the peoples of the African continent.
