The Sovereign expresses, in the message, his warmest congratulations to President Akufo-Addo, wishing the Ghanaian people further progress and prosperity.

"I should like Your Excellency to know how satisfied I am with the special relations between our countries," HM the King points out.

"Our ties derive their strength from the brotherly African bonds and close friendship between our peoples. I therefore look forward to continuing to work with you to develop our bilateral cooperation in order to fulfil our peoples' aspirations and enhance solidarity between the peoples of our African Continent," the Sovereign adds.
