The Sovereign expresses, in the message, his warmest congratulations as well as his best wishes for good health and happiness to the King of Malaysia, wishing the people of Malaysia further progress and prosperity.

"I should like to take this opportunity to say how much I value the sincere, fraternal bonds rooted in mutual esteem between our peoples," His Majesty the King says.

"I am sure Your Majesty is as eager as I am to continue developing and promoting our relations, for the mutual benefit of our peoples," the Sovereign points out.
