The Sovereign expresses, in the message, his warmest congratulations to President Benítez, wishing the Paraguayan people continued progress and prosperity.

His Majesty the King also seizes this opportunity to welcome the friendly relations between the two countries, reiterating his determination to work together with the Paraguayan President to consolidate them and develop bilateral cooperation to cover various sectors with the aim of serving the common interests of the two peoples and strengthening South-South cooperation and solidarity.
