In the message, the Sovereign expresses his heartfelt congratulations to President Obiang Nguema and his sincere wishes for further progress and prosperity to the brotherly people of Equatorial-Guinea.

His Majesty the King praises, on this occasion, the ties of fraternity and mutual esteem uniting the two peoples, reiterating determination to continue working with President Obiang Nguema to strengthen the relations of fruitful cooperation between the two countries in various areas to serve the shared interests of the two brotherly as well as the unity and progress of the African continent.
