The Sovereign expresses, in the message, his warmest congratulations and his best wishes for good health and happiness to President Tokayev, wishing the people of Kazakhstan further progress and prosperity.

"On this special occasion for your country, I should like to say how satisfied I am with the close friendship and the fraternal relations between our two nations", His Majesty the King points out.

"I keenly look forward to continuing to work with you to strengthen our ties and develop our bilateral cooperation in order to fulfil our peoples' mutual aspirations and ambitions", the Sovereign adds.
