In this message, His Majesty the King expresses His warmest congratulations and His best wishes to the President of Malta, and further progress and prosperity to the people of Malta.

Praising the relations of friendship and mutual esteem uniting the Kingdom of Morocco and the Republic of Malta, the Sovereign reiterates His determination to continue to work together with Vella to further expand cooperation, bilaterally or through regional forums, in the interest of the two friendly peoples and with a view to promoting dialogue and solidarity between the two shores of the Mediterranean.
