HM King Mohammed VI sent a message of congratulations to Cyril Errol Melchiades Charles, on his appointment by His Majesty King Charles III as Governor-General of Saint Lucia.
In this Message, the Sovereign expresses to Melchiades Charles His warmest congratulations and His sincere wishes for every success in his high office.
His Majesty the King also expresses His satisfaction with the special relations between the Kingdom of Morocco and Saint Lucia, which are rooted in close friendship and fruitful cooperation in various sectors, for the mutual benefit of both peoples.
