In this message, the Sovereign expresses His sincere congratulations to Mr. Tshisekedi and His wishes for prosperity and happiness for the Congolese people, "united by fraternal ties of friendship and solidarity with the Moroccan people."

In this context, His Majesty the King assured Tshisekedi of his determination to continue the dialogue with him with a view to strengthening Moroccan-Congolese cooperation, stressing that "this determination will enable us to strengthen our partnership in the interests of our two peoples and for the sake of peace, stability and development on our continent."
