In this message, the Sovereign expresses His warmest congratulations to Noboa Azin and His best wishes for further progress and prosperity to the friendly Ecuadorian people.

His Majesty the King takes this opportunity to reiterate the Kingdom's determination to raise relations with the Republic of Ecuador to new horizons of cooperation in various fields, within the framework of friendship, solidarity and mutual respect for territorial integrity and national sovereignty, in the service of both peoples’ common interests.
