In this message, the Sovereign expresses, on His behalf and that of the Moroccan people, His warm congratulations to the Emir of the State of Kuwait, praying to the Almighty to grant him further success and achievement in his wise leadership of the brotherly Kuwaiti people.

On this occasion, HM the King commended the depth of the fraternal ties between the two countries, which constitute an important asset to enrich the distinguished bilateral relations based on mutual esteem, friendly understanding and active solidarity, affirming His determination to work in concert with His Highness Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah to strengthen joint action and promote the means of bilateral cooperation in various fields and broaden its prospects, in the service of the interests of the two brotherly countries and peoples.
