In this message, HM the King expresses, to the Iraqi President, His warm congratulations and, to the brotherly Iraqi people, sincere wishes for progress and prosperity in security and stability.

The Sovereign also expresses His satisfaction with the relations of sincere brotherhood and mutual esteem linking the Kingdom of Morocco and the Republic of Iraq, underlining His determination to work together with the Iraqi President to further strengthen them and raise bilateral cooperation to the level of the expectations of the two brotherly peoples.
