HM the King seizes this national occasion to reiterate His consideration for the fraternal relations uniting the Kingdom of Morocco and the Republic of Iraq, expressing His determination to continue to work together with the Iraqi president to strengthen and develop them, with a view to serving the interests of the two brotherly peoples and contributing to the consolidation of the bonds of cooperation and complementarity between the peoples of the Arab and Islamic Ummah.
