His Majesty King Mohammed VI sent a message of congratulations to president of the Republic of Finland, Sauli Niinistö, on the occasion of his country's National Day.

In this message, the Sovereign expresses His warmest congratulations and best wishes for further progress and prosperity to the friendly Finnish people.

"I should like to take this opportunity to say how satisfied I am with the relations based on friendship and cooperation between the Kingdom of Morocco and the Republic of Finland. I am sure Your Excellency is as keen as I am to see our ties further strengthened, for the mutual benefit of our peoples," says HM the king in the message.
