His Majesty King Mohammed VI sent a message of congratulations to the President of the Republic of Suriname, Chan Santokhi, on his country's National Day.

In this message, the Sovereign expresses His warmest congratulations and wishes to President Santokhi, and for further progress and prosperity to the Surinamese people.

"I am pleased to note our two nations share the same resolve to strengthen their relations and expand their cooperation to various sectors of common interest, thereby fulfilling our peoples' aspirations, " HM the King writes.
