In this message, His Majesty the King underlined having followed "with great esteem, coupled with immense thanks and gratitude, your great support for the Moroccanness of the Sahara and your full support for the territorial integrity of the Kingdom of Morocco, which you expressed with My brothers Their Majesties and Highnesses, Heads of the Gulf States, during the 42nd session of the Supreme Council of the Gulf Cooperation Council, in the brotherly Kingdom of Saudi Arabia".

The Sovereign expressed His "deep pride in this noble and sincere position, which embodies the depth of the ties of brotherhood and solidarity that have always united Our two families and Our two brotherly peoples," reaffirming to His Highness the Kingdom's constant will and its total and permanent position alongside its brothers in the Arab Gulf countries, a position that transcends any narrow calculation or situational interest and that draws its source from its strong conviction of the unity of the community of destiny and that its security and stability are intimately linked to their security and stability".

His Majesty the King affirmed to His Highness the Emir of the State of Kuwait His firm determination to continue to work together to strengthen the relations of brotherhood and constructive cooperation between the two countries, imploring God to perpetuate upon him the blessings of health, well-being and long life and to crown with success his efforts to achieve the ambitions of the brotherly Kuwaiti people to further development, progress and prosperity.
