In this message, His Majesty the King expressed to the President of the United Arab Emirates His high consideration and pride in the personal ties of sincere affection and mutual esteem uniting the two Heads of State and their Families, as well as in the relations of solid brotherhood and active solidarity uniting the Kingdom of Morocco and the State of the United Arab Emirates in all its dimensions.

On this occasion, the Sovereign expressed to His Highness Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al-Nahyan His sincere gratitude and heartfelt thanks for the strong supportive stance expressed with Their Majesties and Their Highnesses the Heads of State of the Gulf countries in favor of the Kingdom of Morocco's completion of its territorial integrity and full support for the Moroccanness of the Sahara, during the 42nd session of the Supreme Council of the Gulf Cooperation Council, held in the brotherly Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

His Majesty the King welcomed this noble position which confirms once again the depth and solidity of the ties between the two Heads of State and the two brotherly countries, which are constantly consolidating day after day and which draw their strength from the strong common conviction of the unity of the community of destiny that Morocco places above all considerations, while considering its security and stability as inseparable from the security and stability of the Arab Gulf countries.

His Majesty the King implored God to perpetuate on His Highness, as well as on his Family, the blessings of health, well-being, happiness and tranquility, and to grant him full success in his wise guidance of the brotherly Emirati people, on the path of further comprehensive development, progress and prosperity.
