The Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccan Expatriates, Mr. Nasser Bourita, held talks, on April 25, 2023 in Rabat, with the President of the Chamber of Deputies of the Dominican Republic, Mr. Alfredo Pacheco Osaria.

This meeting was an opportunity to discuss ways to strengthen bilateral relations, Mr. Pacheco told the press, welcoming his visit to Morocco.

"We have agreed, we deputies of the Dominican Republic, to move forward on extremely important issues, including the reactivation of a joint committee for the development of relations but also the preparation of the celebration of 60 years of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the Dominican Republic and the Kingdom of Morocco, "added Mr. Pacheco who was accompanied by a parliamentary delegation.

He also said that several measures will be taken to strengthen relations between the two countries and that a cooperation process will be established.
