Moroccan ambassador to Colombia and Ecuador Farida Loudaya as well as Ecuadorian Minister of Foreign Affairs Gabriela Sommerfeld attended the audience.

Following the audience, Bourita told the press that he had conveyed the Sovereign's greetings and congratulations to President Noboa.

Emphasizing that Ecuador is currently embarking on a new phase under the leadership of President Noboa, Mr. Bourita affirmed that “the Kingdom of Morocco is here to express the clear keenness of His Majesty the King to support the President in his efforts to strengthen bilateral relations, particularly in the economic, commercial and security fields”.

Mr. Bourita is visiting Ecuador to represent His Majesty King Mohammed VI at the inauguration ceremony of President Daniel Noboa, held this Saturday in Quito.
