
His Majesty King Mohammed VI is represented at this meeting by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccan Expatriates, Mr. Nasser Bourita.
The Moroccan delegation also includes Mr. Mohamed Ait Ouali, Morocco’s ambassador to Cairo and Permanent Representative to the Arab League, as well as the head of the Division of Arab and Islamic Organizations at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccan Expatriates, Mr. Abdelali Al-Jahed.
Egypt had announced the organization of an extraordinary Arab summit dedicated to the latest developments in the Palestinian issue, following consultations with the Kingdom of Bahrain, which currently holds the presidency of the Arab League Council at the summit level, as well as with the League’s General Secretariat and Arab states.
This summit aims to review the latest developments in the Palestinian issue and explore ways to support the Palestinian people. It also seeks to unify the Arab position on this matter and develop an action plan to address current challenges.
