The Kingdom of Morocco reaffirmed, on June 9, 2022, its full support for the candidacy of Mr. Mohamed Ould Amar for a second term at the head of the Arab League Educational, Cultural, and Scientific Organization (ALECSO).
Given the ties of brotherhood between His Majesty King Mohammed VI, may God assist Him, and His brother His Excellency President Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, and in consecration of the solid relations of cooperation existing between the Kingdom of Morocco and the sisterly Islamic Republic of Mauritania, the Kingdom of Morocco reaffirms its full support for the candidacy of Mr. Mohamed Ould Amar for a second term as Director General of the Arab League Educational, Cultural, and Scientific Organization.
