Speaking at a press briefing following talks with the Moroccan minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccans abroad, Nasser Bourita, the Portuguese minister welcomed the modernization and development of the Moroccan economy, society and institutions, commending the results of the large-scale reforms undertaken by HM the King.
