This position was outlined in a Joint Statement signed in Rabat by Albania’s Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs, Mr. Igli Hasani, and Morocco’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation, and Moroccan Expatriates, Mr. Nasser Bourita, at the conclusion of their talks.
Albania commended Morocco’s role as a pillar of regional stability and a driver of growth and development in Africa.
Albania also lauded the far-reaching reforms undertaken in Morocco over the past two decades under the leadership of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, and welcomed the Kingdom’s New Development Model.
Both countries reiterated their shared commitment to peace, stability, and security, both globally and within their respective regions.
They also emphasized the importance of peaceful conflict resolution and the principles of territorial integrity and national sovereignty.
