His Majesty King Mohammed VI sent a message of congratulations the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, on the occasion of his country's national day.

In this message, His Majesty the King expresses His warmest congratulations to President Aliyev, as well as His Sincere wishes for further progress and prosperity to the Azerbaijanis.

"I look forward to seeing the fraternal relations and mutual esteem between our countries further strengthened. I am also keen to continue working with Your Excellency to deepen and expand bilateral cooperation to the fullest extent possible and in all sectors, for the mutual benefit of our peoples," the Sovereign writes.
