In a statement to the press after the meeting, Mr. Rzayev said that the talks focused on issues of development of bilateral relations.
He also stressed that a "thorough" dialogue took place regarding the preparation of the next session of the bilateral intergovernmental commission that will be co-chaired by the two foreign ministers and will be held next year.
"We are convinced that this session will further develop political, economic and humanitarian ties between our two countries," he added.
"Azerbaijan and Morocco are separated by a vast geographical distance but are linked by history, culture and above all a common vision of sovereign development, respect for the territorial integrity of each and the importance of contributing to international peace, security and stability," said Rzayev.
